2001 Chevy Blazer emergency brake pads. The metal bands appear to be zinc plated/plated so hopefully they will last a while. The tires appear to be of good quality but time will tell. They fit perfectly. I didn't use bolts as I drilled holes in the brake build plate to use bolts and nuts. but the bolts were class 8 and appeared to be coated.
