We have a very big dog. He’s half lab half Bernese MD. He’s incredibly strong and was by the 8 months mark. This hands free leash was to replace one we accidentally left the belt for in TX during a trip home. I think I like this one more. The pouch on the belt has so much more room and can actually hold stuff like a doggie bags, possibly a phone (some phones are stupid big but my iPhone fit), and treats. The leash being attached to my waist gives me both hands back, and while we don’t have pulling issues anymore, I’m still grateful knowing that having him attached to my core rather than my limb offers me a much safer way to keep him from bolting if he were to revert to old habits.
