I like that we can have our customers walk through an experience of what they want as soon is possible after entering into contact us website or app! It's amazing how much faster you get results by asking your customer directly about it rather than gathering data from statistics only which may not be correct due time lag between when someone enters online/app vs actually visiting shop at physical location (if even). We also use this feature for other categories too but mainly food & beverage industry where most people are very sensitive towards price so having some option there might work better especially if done right way - maybe offer suggestion box? Like any tool has its pros / cons depending whether used correctly :) Great start up idea since majority companies don't really care enough abt details regarding user behavior once inside stores unless asked already during initial visit itself :D.
