Good quality product but the size may differ from what you expect. I'm a small lady, 5ft 2in, about 95-105lbs, and I actually wear a size L. My daughter is a tall, skinny 6 year old and wears a size small (she broke her arm last summer and lost some tissue around her elbow during surgery so a pillow will protect her elbow from hypersensitivity and will help protect her) atrophic/keloid scar from light and air which should help reduce scar growth). However, the last small size I bought for her was larger than the small size I had previously bought. They shrink over time as they are washed and dried. I've learned to wash mine in a laundry bag to protect them from any damage that might be done in the washing machine. The medium elbow pad size is very close between the yellow (small) and large (white) elbow pads. .If you are taller than me I would recommend buying no less than a large one.
