These chests are so adorable! They are a little shorter than I would like. My daughter is 2.5 and usually wears 2T-3T. It says 4T and she's a bit small. She's not big or heavy for her age, it's just that these chests are a bit small so I recommend trying them on! It comes with a cap, it's totally useless for my daughter because it's a bit small, she won't even put the thing on her head! It is not for sun protection.
