Review on DEWALT DW7880 Scroll Saw Stand by Greg Anderson

My tripod was delivered today. It looks just like the picture and is probably a good stand. My crate was missing ALL the fasteners that I can replace in the field. According to drawing and assembly instructions. At the top of the rear post is a small sheet steel semicircle which, together with the two top horizontal posts, supports the saw. This piece is also missing. I can't do it myself! The box arrived undamaged. However, the inner yellow DeWalt packaging has clearly been opened at BOTH ends, making it appear that parts have been removed or lost in storage. I can't find a phone number or category to complain about, so this inconvenience, easily remedied by phone, seems to be resolved just by sending this one back and sending another. I categorically refuse to go this route! If you get the impression that I'm subdued, imagine the impression you would make if I actually let go!
