They are too small for the hole - they leave a gap around the dial that creates glare. The OEM dials are designed so that the outside edge of the dial fits into a matching circular channel in the climate control panel. This creates a baffle that prevents light from being directly visible around the perimeter of the dial. In contrast, these dials are much narrower, allowing the entire dial to fit in a hole rather than a channel. This is a simpler design, but it creates a gap around the dial for light to escape. I managed to carefully cut a piece of black electrical tape and attached it to the edge of the climate control panel duct. Essentially, this extends the edge of the channel a few millimeters towards the dial and reduces the gap. It was arduous work and there is no way of knowing how long it will take. Otherwise, the dials are well made and look good.
