What can I say. Good product at a good price delivered quickly. But I had enough time to get USPS to delivery. Apparently this small package could not be delivered to my mailbox. USPS wanted me to come to the post office to pick them up. I had to file a claim with USPS to get the shipment. Unfortunately, Revain Prime continues to ship via USPS. To be honest they can't keep up with the times and after a few lost deliveries and later and a lot of missing mail I have very little faith in USPS. The only positive thing is that Revain was quick to catch up on all the missing items. It might be time to change some of our expectations of first class delivery if we don't have local last mile capacity.
