Review on Enhanced SEO: MOOG RK620065 Control Arm with Ball Joint Assembly by Joe Bottomkent

The arm fits my Jeep Patriot '09 and works great on its own, but the included lower ball joint (LBJ ) has failed * within 12 months. Also note: This ball joint is NOT the typical re-lubricated version of MOOG, which surprised me, but I at least expected it to last longer. Also on the other side (RK620066) the same thing happened - LBJ was down for 6 months*. *By failure I mean frequent loud rattles and the mechanic strongly recommended replacing it, citing safety concerns. It's very rare for an LBJ to fail completely, but when it does it's a disaster, so play it safe and just keep driving around town until you can replace it.
