Review on 🧶 SC-108-050 - 1/8-Inch by 50-Feet Elastic Bungee Shock Cord from T.W Evans Cordage by Cory Miles

I found the elasticity of this cord was good and the quality of the sheath was good. However, the size was different compared to the original cord used in my tent poles (also probably 1/8 inch). If there are a number of manufacturer size differences, the original cable was on the thin end and this cable was on the thick end. With those 7mm tent poles that made tying knots more of a problem, they had to be tied very tightly to keep the knots small enough to fit the tent poles, which was a problem. The original cable, slightly thinner (but also 1/8" cable) didn't have this problem. If you have 8mm rods this isn't a problem, or any other use for a shock cable. But for me it did at 7 -mm tents knocked the cord from 5 to 4 stars.
