The team at tail wind is very knowledgeable about all things related to cloud computing/hybrid IT environments with both AWS & Azure as our primary platforms of choice in their respective areas! They are also great people-experts who have been instrumental throughout my tenure working closely together over several years now (at least).

I don't think there's anything that we dislike so far but you can always ask if they feel like something should be different or improved upon from your perspective - this will help them take it into consideration when making any changes going forward :) We've used these guys since day 1 because not only do they know what needs doing well before hand vs having someone try an figure out how best fit everything around one another after implementation has begun etc.,but once implemented its pretty much seamless between us using hybrid solutions across multiple providers such as Microsoft 365 + Office365 ProPlus / SharePoint Online+.
