Great product with one exception
Would give five stars if the plastic pet door cover was almost impossible to remove without a wedge tool. Place the rag on the metal side and use the hammer with claws. It's very simple with that, but why on earth is it constructed where it's needed!?! A retractable insert makes this door the best for a window. I suggest putting a strip of foam around the edges and some sort of fastening device. Even a piece of wood was wedged between the top of the window and the raised panel. Otherwise an excellent product.
