Review on Flooring Tools Installation Clamping Ratchet by Jordan Epps

I used these straps to hold the parquet in place. It was an adhesive install that I did in stages and I used the straps as I walked to keep things taut. I had to be really careful not to over tighten the ratchets or they would pull my pieces of wood out at one end, but with the right amount of force and pressure on the top of the pieces it worked well. The straps themselves appear to be of good quality, are pre-threaded (which is great because I always seem to put the ratchet straps on backwards) and seemed reasonably durable. I'm not sure how they'll hold up to heavy use, but for the average homeowner installing new flooring, they seem to work pretty well.
