Best value for money when you need extra rear suspension! I installed this setup on my 1972 El Camino SS and it worked like clockwork. My El Camino was purchased to be used as a motorcycle tractor. It came with stock springs and air-adjustable rear shocks, but only sagged under my weight, and even more so under the weight of a 500-pound bike (or two!). I need help. The total installation time was less than an hour and can be accomplished with a few simple and affordable tools. This can take a little longer with stock springs, but El Camino springs are barrel-shaped (wider in the middle than the top or bottom) so inserting the bags was a breeze. Once installed, I stuffed the bags to 25 pounds (as a starting seat, they can hold up to 35 pounds) and strapped my bike to the rear with no slack. I left the bike there for a week and even rode around town for a bit to make sure everything was in place and there was no loss of ground clearance. Warning: the package was missing a pair of clamps to attach the air hose to the fittings. . I was able to purchase similar clamps at my local hardware store but was annoyed that I had to stop in the middle of an installation to do so. It was probably a simple mistake, a belch during the packing process, but check your gear before you start! I haven't used them long enough for actual testing so I didn't rate this product 5 stars but I'm pretty confident to say they should hold up very well. I will update this review if anything changes or after driving a few miles with the product.
