Review on Unleash Your Inner Firefly with Looney Labs' Firefly Fluxx Card Game by Kelly Noonan

I really wanted to love this Fluxx flavor but the best I can do is love it. Firefly Fluxx is probably better the more players it has, but it's too unbalanced with only two. There are several new perspectives on the Guardian's rules and special attributes, and sometimes keeping them all is a direct distraction from gameplay. And for some reason there are only two Creepers, my favorite aspect of Zombie Fluxx, but unlike this particular variant, Firefly Fluxx offers very few ways to get rid of them. Still, it's fun to keep my favorite characters and items from the series. in my hands and I'll try again with other fiends. I like the idea very much, but I think it could be implemented better.
