Arrived on time. They were stacked in a box and some complained about the crease, but I fixed it by straightening the stack and putting weight (masonry) across the crease. I left it like that for 3 days and no wrinkles. For example: EASY to install - find the red arrow on the plastic backing and pull - easy to remove. I used spacers so I could quickly place each part on the tracks. Done in 15 minutes. While it seems that he "catches" the tread without slipping. I can change the position of any part by simply lifting it up and putting it back down - there are no sticky strips of adhesive to contend with. ATTRACTIVE - I really like the look and it contrasts well with the naturally finished layers. DURABILITY - I think it will hold up well but will need an update in about 6 months. CUSTOMER SERVICE. My staircase has 16 steps and this set only contains 15 items. I emailed RIOLAND as they requested about the thoughtful map included in the package. Unfortunately I'm not comfortable with the replies - the first reply was "sorry but no we don't have 1 item in the diamond brown pattern. After several emails the response was "maybe yes" if you buy 2 , but they are not sure if it will be available in 2021! When I asked for further clarification, they replied that they "plan to organize 2 pieces after March 2021" and that I can buy them at that time. This exchange made me unsure if I would ever buy the 16. If they pull through and ship the necessary add-on parts in a few months I will definitely be upgrading the rating to 5 stars.
