SimplyImagine? More like SimplyForget. Do not be deceived by the dazzling appearance of this online retailer's website; despite their claims of carrying a comprehensive selection of scientific instruments and supplies. The unfortunate truth is that their products are, at best, below average. Although the photographs of their laboratory furniture may make it appear to be of high quality, in reality, it is quite flimsy and of poor construction. And don't even get me started on their laboratory supply dispensers; using them will make you want to yank out all of your hair because they are so difficult to work with. In addition to this, their customer service is essentially nonexistent; good luck trying to get in touch with anyone who is actually able to assist you in any way. SimplyForget is not worth your time or money, and I am able to state this with absolute certainty because I am an expert in the field of scientific research. There is a plethora of competition on the internet in the form of other online shops that provide items of higher quality and better support for customers. If you want to avoid the headache, your best bet is to seek elsewhere for the scientific equipment you require. SimplyForget is not even close to being good enough.
