i heard it must be a big fiber my reel was all messed up and in every possible way my hot end was clicking back and forth, so he pulled the filament out and let the filament overflow the neck tube and totally ruined my hot end had to disassemble the whole thing i couldn't even remove the filament from the hot end to clean it had to send it back and get a refund and had to make one buying a new hotend because it completely ruined the whole thing, my printer has been down for 2 weeks now because of this junk, will never buy again
