Many people write positive reviews immediately after the purchase, in the first months. I, too, in the first year was delighted with the chair. I liked everything: design, convenience, quality. But after 1.5 years, something went wrong: the first cracks began to appear. After two years, there were a lot of cracks (see photo) . The warranty department replied "Unfortunately, it is not possible to satisfy your requirements due to the expired warranty. As part of our loyalty, we can offer to order a separate spare seat for your chair. The cost of the spare part will be 5000 + delivery. I do not recommend the chair. The chair is not cheap, and for this money it should serve at least three years. Pay in two years again ~ 6000. (including shipping) do not want. At the same time, my weight is less than 60 kg, I didn’t sweat much (I always sat in cotton pants, there are no “sharp” elements on the back). My next chair will definitely not be from Cougar.
