Difficult to install
I don't know what the problem is. There is a screw that easily goes into the handle. Miscellaneous? My husband had to use pliers to hold the handle while I tried to use a screwdriver to try and pull the screw into the hole. We have standard size drawers and it was very, very difficult to attach the handle securely. In the end we gave up and got 3 weaker pens. I do not recommend this product
