I just love this mandolin. Easy to use and clean too. If you're looking for a replacement flat blade for this device, you'll need to find one that has holes on each side, or find someone who can drill them for you. The blade is smaller than the #95 Super Benriner and #120 Jumbo Benriner but looks the same. Unfortunately, Amazon does not currently offer replacement blades for this particular model. UPDATED ON MY ORIGINAL REVIEW --- I've done extensive research and the manufacturer no longer makes replacement blades for this model, so you have to question that fact. that the description states that it is a new and improved model
