I liked it a lot but already failed so very disappointed. If you want to replace it, I'll revise the review. No, I have not contacted you. I hate the hassle of giving things back. Maybe I'll see if I can contact them now. In fact, the return window closes 30 days after delivery and after 45 days it doesn't work. GRRR I will update. TO UPDATE! The customer service is apparently GREAT! After the original post they sent me a new one! It was only a few days but I am very grateful to them! Anyone can get a looser product every now and then, but this is how you solve the problem! You all did great! THANK YOU and highly recommended
