Review on IAMBot by Joshua Paulson

The bot can be integrated with any website or app that has an API such as Facebook Messenger so it's easy for our customers to interact directly from their favorite chat apps without having to go through another channel like email/phone call etc. Also very cost effective compared to other tools out there in terms of service pricing & support team responsiveness. It took us about 2 weeks after we signed up but they are currently working hard at fixing some bugs which will make this tool even better! We're using IABot mainly because it helps solve customer inquiries within minutes instead of hours via phone calls (which would have been too much time investment).
