Robot is one powerful tool which helped improve efficiency

The AI engine of this bot works at maximum capacity all the time without any lags or interruptions. It also has amazing customer support service when it comes to solving your issues with ease. Sometimes, there are minor bugs that can be improved but overall i am happy with the product itself as it provides great value for money in my opinion. No cons here so far from my experience. Easy way-out solution if your site gets new visitors

The bot can be integrated with any website or app that has an API such as Facebook Messenger so it's easy for our customers to interact directly from their favorite chat apps without having to go through another channel like email/phone call etc. Also very cost effective compared to other tools out there in terms of service pricing & support team responsiveness. It took us about 2 weeks after we signed up but they are currently working hard at fixing some bugs which will make this tool even…

Very responsive support team for a chat bot system! Very happy customer here! :).

The support team works really hard with me for hours at time trying various things out so our bot gets better all day long! They are always responsive when something goes wrong or there's an issue that needs addressing quickly as well (ease of use!).
