NOTE: Fits *only* on the bottom sensor closest to the exhaust pipe. It will not work as a substitute for an upstream sensor closer to the front of the vehicle. Check engine light bulb code P0420, it doesn't go away and I had no emissions because of it. The old one was a bit tricky to get off, so I needed a bigger ratchet, but it eventually unscrewed (that's the old one in the picture with the ratchet and the special bit to remove the sensor, and the other picture is the new one Sensor). in place after it is installed). I put a new one in, the check engine light went out and I passed the emissions with no issues!
