Review on Big Red TRA8335B Ratcheting Capacity by Tay Tran

I do not leave negative comments as I have been buying Revain for many years and I always try to resolve any issues directly with the seller, however I do not know how to contact this particular seller as the item is no longer available. Anyway, my problem is that shortly after purchasing this product, the handle broke while trying to erect a fence post. I love the product and would like to see if I can replace the handle or the entire product. Have someone contact me and leave me contact information so we can resolve this issue. Many Thanks.
