DONT DO IT good for me

I have had this heater for 1 month and 4 days. The button at the bottom, to turn it off when it gets tipped over, is faulty. I have had issues with it since I got it, but putting a book underneath seemed to do the trick, until tonight. Tonight, it wont turn on at all. I checked the plug, outlet, everything. Last thing I checked was that sensor. After turning the power switch off, then back on, and hitting the sensor, the lights went on, them immediately back off and it still won't turn on!I am contacting Walmart about getting a refund, I don't want a replacement, not worth it!
