No purpose, can I put zero stars?
Spools will not stay on the reels. The slightest pressure pulls them and they fall. Also, you have to unscrew the base to pry them out, but if you have smaller, thinner coils they won't fit if you put rubber pads on the bottom. It's like I said useless. I throw it in the trash.
