I bought this generator on June 11th, it was delivered on June 16th and installed on June 17th. The box was damaged, the generator itself had minor external damage. I really wanted to start the car again, so I took a risk that the alternator was fine. Unfortunately it started to fail after only 5 weeks in my truck. I emailed DB Electrical support and they didn't seem to bother to reply. I then called the company and after quite a long wait someone finally answered the line, not to answer my problem but to take my name, phone number and email address and let me know that someone had been in touch with me will contact to solve my problem. question, but so far no one has. Obviously they don't care if your car won't start without a good alternator. I can only hope that my problem will be solved and then I can wash my hands from this company forever. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
