Was reliable for me

I threw away my 2 cents 6 months after the purchase. This seemingly well-designed product has worked flawlessly, although to date I have only used the first three ports. Just plugged in #4 so fingers crossed this port 7 doesn't have the same issue previously reported. Only a small tower with more external drives than the tower has USB 3 ports. .&lt;28. March 2020&gt;Now uses 6 out of 7 ports with everything from legacy USB 2.0 label printers to upstream monitor port, UPS and multiple USB 3.0 external hard drives. Maybe I should have bought another one that has even more connectors :-)
