Updated rating. Based on my last review of my disappointment, the customer service team contacted me, apologized and refunded my order. I'm happy with the result, but they need to be more accessible. ------- I can't tell you how upset I was. This monitor only works 50% of the time we've used it and it doesn't even show up on the laptop! waste of money. No customer service or support. Do not buy.
