horrible store faulty products Service is dreadful. purchased a 512GB iPhone 12 Pro Max. It turned out to be a factory marriage, and they informed the retailer of this. The retailer asked for the goods to be delivered for verification to confirm the marriage; I delivered the goods and had to call and request information about my product; this took more than 2 weeks; I called and learned that the factory marriage had been confirmed (in warranty, Apple had not rejected me at all), and I was relieved to hear that the goods would be replaced; however, another 2 weeks have passed and no information has been received. Once I bought anything and fell for the prices, I received the worst service!
