I was hoping this would be one of those low price and high quality items. Unfortunately, the product itself is also cheap. After assembly. EVERYTHING shakes. Wheel mounts are not designed for mountain bikes with wide tires. I have 2.8" tires and they don't fit. I had to wet the tires and then block them. I could only imagine that the frame would bend over time. The method of tightening bikes is not very good. The handle for tightening the top "hook" is in a hard-to-reach place when the bike is on. So far that the handle rests against the frame of the bike. The protective foam sleeve on the "hook" shifts and exposes the metal, easily scratching the bike (like mine did). The tilt function is difficult to achieve, especially on a bike. It's definitely a two-handed function (so put the bike on the ground). The clutch lock is not included, so you should get one. Also additional cables and locks to attach the bike to the luggage rack. The trunk does not fold down for storage. You must remove at least 1 of the bars to make it thinner before removing it. spit out a little more money and got a Küat NV 2.0 and couldn't be happier.
