The Ozeri Wine Bottle Opener works great especially when used with real corks. It works perfectly and it's great to see how it works. However, we immediately noticed that he had problems working with artificial traffic jams. While it does its job of removing it from the bottle, the opener has trouble getting the faux cork off the hook. Like the grip was too slippery or something for it to work properly. That issue aside, this is a really interesting gadget. The foil cutter works perfectly. My husband loves this thing the most. The aerator fits into the bottle and has a handle so it doesn't slip out of the bottle when pouring. This slows the pouring speed as the wine flows through the spiral hole. So if you're not in a hurry to pour, this is a great device. For those who use real corks in most wines, this is a great device. 5 Stars. It works perfectly. This is a beautiful and easy to use device. However, if most of your wines use mostly artificial corks, the stars will be reduced to 2.5-3. While removing the artificial cork from the bottle is fine, the cork from the spiral hook is problematic as it is difficult to remove on your own. This can be potentially dangerous if you try to remove it manually. You might want to consider another product. I bought it as a present for my husband. He likes it, despite the problems with artificial traffic jams. (He figured out how to safely remove them.) We don't regret having him around, but we are frustrated that he can't remove the artificial stoppers from the spool hook by himself.
