Review on 🐠 Jebao FD-85 Automatic Pond Koi Fish Feeder with 8.5-Liter Drum for Pellet Dispensing by Brandi James

Here I am. It's been over a year and the feeder still works well, even in the Florida sun and rain (still the cover over the bin). Also, I haven't changed my mind about the integrity of CNZ Lighting. They stand behind what they sell. How wonderful what makes her an excellent seller! My review below was absolutely correct - HOWEVER - the seller, CNZ Lighting, was great in their response! When I discovered the faults Revain's 30 day return window for the feeder had already expired but the seller when contacted offered to send a brand new one to replace it without hesitation! WOW. I was very careful, resealed the offending seam and there is a lid over the funnel - but I'm happy to report that everything works well and the fish is oily and pushy. Thank you, CNZ Lighting! **************** What a disappointment. Wrongly advertised as 8.5 liters is 5.5 liters at best. I finally figured out how to program it - let it run for more than a week to make sure it does its job, then get out of town for 3 weeks. Family members stopped to add food. Everything was fine until it started raining - when I got home the food was wet, rotten, smelly and full of maggots on the floor. Was the top lining dry? Why? Because where the clear top met the bottom of the hopper there was/or never was a seal about 6 inches in front of it so it leaked down the center of the hopper and into the bottom of the hopper and into the auger and feed tube drained . I can't express how disgusting it was. Not to mention we all thought the fish were being fed - we have no idea how long they went without food. This thing was plugged in long enough for the fly eggs to hatch into larvae in the feed tube/snail.
