Review on Chess Magnetic Travel Folding Portable by Robert Byrd

After my 8 year old son played chess on a very cheap chess board (paper board and cheap plastic pieces) he liked the game. I decided to buy him a better set so we ordered this one. There was one figurine with a small hole (plastic defect) but that didn't bother my son that much. However, the seller contacted me first to make sure we were happy with the item. I explained the defective part to him and sent him a photo and the seller sent me a new replacement unit. What customer service. While waiting to replace the block, Black's queen lost a magnet on the bottom. However, we reinstalled it and now it works great. I would have given 4 stars even with a small hole, but instead I'm giving 5 stars because of the outstanding service.
