The instructions were not easy. However, I'm not tech savvy and figured it out. Although it took several hours. I connected everything; it was recognized by my computer; and tried to send myself a test HP online fax. An incoming fax was not recognized. After trying many fixes and testing the shipping each time, I looked at the HP printer settings and found the option to print saved faxes. I chose these and, to my surprise, printed out all the 'failing' tests I had sent myself. No display in my print queue. But after that the test worked and I was able to receive and send faxes.
