Review on Klein Tools 93LCLS Self-Leveling Magnetic by Wei Fan

Needing to replace my bathroom vanity, I bought this Klein laser level after watching a YouTube video showing laser levels for the carpentry showed. I set it up on the small tripod that came with the Konus spotting scope I have. I rotate the device around 3 axes and lo and behold, I can *instantly* see the orientation/orientation of the new Ikea vanity I was roughing up. Heck, I compared it to the readings on the two yellow standard gauges I own. and it is correct. PLUS: The rays are very bright. Indoors, it creates bold, unmistakably sharp lines. I'm impressed considering the price is at an affordable/do-it-yourself level (which I am). (Some of those Bosch laser levels are $300-$800, professional stuff I would foolishly buy.) I used this to set up an Ikea vanity in a very bright (fluorescent) lit bathroom. The lines are clearly visible, bold and clear. I also took this unit outside on a terribly hot, bright August day and yes it's a lot harder to see the lines in bright street light, but for the price I can't complain. It feels very durable, well built, not cheap. I'll never be a carpentry pro but for my purposes this device will help me with my various home renovation projects. Runs on 2 AA alkaline batteries which are included with the device. This is completely normal for this price range. If you do a lot of outdoor work, a tip: you can order this device from Revain and test it on a sunny day to see if it works outdoors with a view that is comfortable for you (produces visible lines). If you don't like it, take it back, right? YMMV. I will be using this small laser level this weekend when I build a new plastic shed from the kit. First, I plan to build a level non-permanent foundation. PS Comes with a super strong molded black plastic hinged carry/storage case with 2 large clasps. Very strong defense.
