I had to return it today even though I only had it about 1 day. Cause: There was a $100 activation fee that was not listed on the website at time of purchase. Based on the description on the website, I have the impression that I only have to pay for the device and get all the free channels I want. It was described that I should only pay for paid channels. However, when I finally got a chance to install the device on my TV and try to activate it with the code on the TV screen, I was told it failed. I called support # and was informed by someone with a heavy accent who spoke rudely about all the possible benefits of activating the device WITHOUT being able to speak. After he finished promoting his company's product, he finally said it would cost me $100 to create an account to activate it. Even before I hung up, he told me that if I decided to create an account I would have to call on Monday (it was Saturday when I called). It may have been a good product, but the company should have made buyers aware of the activation fee in advance. All in all I was totally disappointed.
