Somewhat tricky to put together

I bought this 'used in good condition' at a significant discount and apart from a tiny scratch on the underside of the table it seemed perfect. It turned out that one of the metal legs was badly deformed - maybe that's why it was sent back. However, I was able to bend it back with my car's jack! A few things I learned along the way: Probably because the foot needed to be deformed, the upper was a bit difficult to twist. The metal in the legs is hollow, so if the screw is screwed in at any angle, it can be extremely difficult to get it through the bottom hole. The simple solution is to first insert the end screws upside down. So you can pull them over your leg without tension and they go easily through the wood! You can screw in the middle screws and then screw the outer screws back to the right side! With the middle screws in place, the outer ones line up and the screws slide easily. Second tip: It will be very difficult to screw the nuts onto the bottom nuts with the tools provided. There is a small hole at the bottom of each leg through which you need to tighten the nuts. The presence of needle-nose pliers will greatly facilitate the installation of washers and nuts on the bolts. If you have some kind of wrench, it also makes screwing a lot easier. Update: Due to the design of the legs, it wobbles a bit front to back. It's also probably worth noting that the product's assembly instructions put the top half behind the bottom half. In the product photos on Revain it's the other way around - you can see the top half is screwed on before the bottom half.
