I gave 3 stars because I am happy with the end result. Below I'll break down the good, the bad, and the ugly. Cons Instructions: Instructions are not very good. You will receive instructions for the front, rear, cross members and anti-roll bars. They are not clear, they lack good pictures and explanations of what to do. If the directions were ok it would take 4-5 hours instead of 6-7 hours. We ended up watching videos of extreme conditions throughout the setup for more clarity. Pros: They will tell you exactly what tools and sizes you need. From removing tires, shock absorbers, brakes and everything else. It was very helpful. PartsPros: Supplied with rear anti-roll bars. They use factory rear links to replace short front links. The front factory ones are so short that they cannot be reused. The spacers that go over the coils are solid metal, not plastic. That's a big plus! Cons: Bolts, washers and nuts are not labeled. So have a tape measure or micrometer handy to know which is which. In the instructions they really tell you the size. But since some of them are so similar in size, you'll need to sort them beforehand. Pros: Brake line extensions worked like clockwork. However, on my 2010 JK (2-door) we didn't need the front extensions as the extra brake line was sufficient. I replaced my shock absorbers because my jeep needs shock absorbers anyway and it was a good time to get them done. We just got the heavy duty shocks but didn't buy the longer ones and used the shocks that came with the kit. The extensions are perfectly aligned, no problem. All the parts were solid and fitted with no problems. Installation: Be sure to use some kind of spray to loosen the screws. Especially if your jeep has even a little bit of rust. This helped break any factory bolts quickly. Save all factory screws. You will reuse some of them. We used a shop lift for this and to be honest I couldn't imagine doing that at home on earth. Random info: This is not a full 2.5" lift. It aligns the Jeep so that the front and rear wheels are 2" and 2.5". I like the even look. Expanders on the coils sit in place and don't hang out. I have a sidewalk princess so it didn't bother me. I was looking for a little height and this gave me that. It was a good 6-7 hours from start to finish. Overall I'm happy with the end result. My steering wheel has shifted a bit and today we will make adjustments to it. It was a great price and a great buy compared to other similar kits.
