Adding an Actiontec/TiVo MOCA Ethernet over Coax Adapter to an existing home network with a Verizon FIOS Actiontec router. The Verizon FIOS Actiontec router provides power to Verizon set-top boxes over coaxial cable. I connected the Actiontec/TiVo MOCA to Ethernet Adapter to the coax network via the device's coax input, and the Ethernet port immediately established a network connection. Plugged in an Actiontec/TiVo MOCA adapter for ethernet over coax into a Verizon set top box and it kept working. I didn't need a coax splitter for this circuit.
