Review on Enhanced MBA Accessory: DMT B8250 Magna Base Adapter by Evan Zurlo

I bought two holders for my stones, one with a magnet and one without. Since the stones are different grits on each side, there is a lot of switching when sharpening. The normal base is fine, but you have to detach the stone to flip it over to use the other side. The magnet base adapter is much simpler and all you have to do is take the stone off the magnet, flip it over and continue sharpening. I held the base on the bench with a vise which makes it very easy.
