Very good for making candy

Works great. I've used them for paleo chocolate, paleo fudge, or to freeze my nomat sauce and paleo barbecue sauce. They are easy to clean and it's really easy to remove items from them. I even made a bad batch of paleo fudge in it that didn't set but was terribly gooey. I thought I would have to throw these away. But I scooped what I could and soaked them in hot water and the gooey fudge came out right away.
