A good tool for its intended purpose. It's light and relatively square. With a wide blade and light grip, it's easy to keep level on the board while drawing your mark. Mine wasn't square compared to my average machinist, four thousandths of an inch over 9 inches. Definitely accurate enough for any woodworking project. It would be nice if they marked a 1/16 inch blade instead. A 1/8 inch blade with no markings would be just as useful.
