Outstanding plates. Never use soap on non-stick surfaces.
I have been using ceramic griddles for 4 years and I am very satisfied with them. The key to any non-stick surface is never to use dish soap or a dishwasher to clean it. All you need is hot water and a soft brush. When I cook low-fat food, I wipe down the plates with pure canola oil to keep the food from sticking. If I forget or misjudge the fat content, I soak the plate and wipe it off in the morning. Very satisfied and I get a backup kit.
