Advantages: It has a built-in blade rotation timer, which gives you enough time to open even the largest jars! Just a few key points to help you out: 1) You can't see where the cutting blade is relative to the can itself, SO: 2) The first time you use it, you'll need several tries before you get it right. 3) Make sure you rotate the jar counter-clockwise to prevent the opener from auto-resetting! 4) When you're done and the jar is clearly open, attach the lid (magnetically I think) to the opener itself! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
