Really HELPED receding gums!
After just 2 weeks of daily flossing I noticed a definite difference in gum recession. The dentist recommended it to me, so I bought 2 packs. Slips easily through teeth. And since it slides, it's a bit tricky to hold on to as it tends to slip out of your fingers. However, with a little adjustment and a double finger grip, it works great! I wouldn't go back to my old floss which breaks and breaks more easily. Costs money.
