Fits my Mazda CX-5 2016.5

It took me longer to find and watch the instruction video than replacing this part. It doesn't come with a spring or rod holding it together. So if you don't already have these, you'll need to buy one. It's just a piece of black plastic. You take a screwdriver or similar handy tool and a hammer and push the pin out (the sharp end is the end you hit, which is contrary to what my brain wanted me to do). Ladies, don't wait weeks for your man like me. Just rip it apart in no time and be happy to have a working console again.
