Pros: Easy assembly with clear instructions. 4 stars for comfort (see minus #2). The "footrest" seems to be fully extended in the right place. More leg support with my calves, which is good for not putting too much strain on my knees. Cons: #1 Missing parts to complete assembly. 3 of the 4 screws needed for the armrests were pre-installed, 1 was missing (see picture, the screw is loosened so you can see it in the picture). I'll be going to the local hardware store tomorrow when they open. Update 11/10/2020: Found a screw in my garage with the right thread and with the help of my Dremel, solution. (See 2nd photo) Chair #2 wobbles a little, especially when lifted. The armrests have an easy game. My office chair, which I bought for 1/3 the price over 15 years ago, immediately feels more stable than this one.
